Accessibility Statement

Last Updated: June 15, 2026

Direct Patient Systems Corporation ("Direct Patient Systems") is committed to facilitating the accessibility and usability of our white-labeled virtual storefronts, medical check-in portals, and digital interfaces (collectively, the "Platform") for all individuals, including those with physical, cognitive, or visual disabilities.

1. ACCESSIBILITY GUIDELINES AND STANDARD

To ensure our Platform is accessible, we aim to design, build, and maintain our digital services in conformance with the World Wide Web Consortium's (W3C) Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.1 Level AA ("WCAG 2.1 AA") standards. These guidelines outline best practices to make web content more accessible to users with screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, and other assistive technologies.

2. ACTIVE IMPLEMENTATION MEASURES

As part of our commitment to accessibility, we integrate the following features into our Platform design:

3. ONGOING COMPLIANCE AND FEEDBACK

Accessibility is an ongoing process. We regularly review, audit, and patch our Platform to identify usability barriers. Some external clinical integrations, PDF health guides, or third-party patient systems embedded by our health partners may possess limitations outside our direct development control. We are actively working with our partners to resolve these dependencies.

4. ACCESSIBILITY ASSISTANCE AND SUPPORT

If you are experiencing difficulty accessing any portion of the Platform, or if you require assistance or alternative formats (such as enlarged text or audio files) to complete your intake registration, please contact our support team:

Email: support@directpatientsystems.com

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your needs and deliver the requested information through an accessible format.
